Coolux Home Office

Spending Too Much on AC?

No installation costs. No landlord drama. No complex setup. Just plug in and stay cool.

Cools the room super fast
Plugged it in next to my desk and felt it almost right away. I was skeptical but it genuinely cools the spot I'm in. Way better than any fan I've had.

Finally sleeping through the night
My bedroom was unbearable by midnight all of last summer. Now I have Coolux on at the nightstand and I sleep cool all night, no issues whatsoever. Wish I had bought it sooner.

My electric bill actually went down
Used to run central AC all day just for my office. Now I point Coolux at me and leave the rest of the house alone. First August bill in years that didn't make me wince.

Bought one, then bought two more
Started with one for the living room. A week later I ordered for the bedroom and kitchen. Cheaper than running the whole AC, and I can move them wherever I need as the day goes on.

Daniel Chen - HVAC Expert

Meet Our Expert,

Certified HVAC Technician

Most portable coolers on the market just recirculate warm air. What makes Coolux different is the ArcticFlow Technology: it actually runs air over ice to drop the temperature before pushing it out. That's how you get real cold air, not just airflow.

For renters, home offices, or anyone wanting to cut down on summer electricity bills, it's the most practical cooling solution I've seen at this price point. Simple to use, effective, and you don't need to call a contractor.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the ArcticFlow cooling system work? +
Coolux draws warm room air through the unit, passes it over ice packs in the 300ml tank, and pushes genuinely cooled air back into the room. It's evaporative ice cooling, which is why it produces real cold air instead of just moving warm air around.
Does it require professional installation? +
No. Coolux is completely plug-and-play. Fill the ice tank, plug into any standard US outlet, and it's running in under a minute. No tools, no drilling, no landlord permission required.
How large of a room can it cool? +
Coolux is most effective in rooms up to 215 sq ft: bedrooms, home offices, living room corners. For larger spaces, using two units or positioning it closer to you gives optimal results.
How much electricity does it use? +
Coolux runs on just 80 watts, compared to 1,000+ watts for a window AC. Running it 8 hours a day costs roughly $3-5 per month, vs. $60-120 per month for a window AC unit.
Is it noisy? +
At 65 dB on maximum speed, Coolux is quieter than a normal conversation. On lower settings it's barely audible. Most customers sleep with it running all night without issue.
Can I move it between rooms? +
Absolutely. Coolux is built on wheels and weighs under 8 lbs. Roll it from the bedroom at night to the home office during the day, no tools needed.
What is the refund policy? +
Every purchase is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If it doesn't keep you cool, contact us at support@coolux.com for a full refund, no forms, no questions.
